NHPC Limited has successfully completed the trial of Unit#2 (200 MW) of the 800 MW Parbati-II Hydro Electric Project (4×200 MW) in Himachal Pradesh.
The trial runs for the remaining three units of the project are expected to be completed by March 31, 2025. Once fully commissioned, Parbati-II will contribute significantly to NHPC Limited’s hydropower portfolio.
