Oman National Engineering & Investment Company SAOG (ONEIC) has been awarded a contract for construction of the 220 kV Mahadha grid station.
The project, valued at OMR13.4 million, was granted by Oman Electricity Transmission Company (OETC), and is set to enhance the country’s power infrastructure. The scope of work includes the engineering, procurement and construction of the grid station, with an expected completion timeline of 18 months. This initiative is part of Oman’s broader efforts to strengthen its electricity transmission network, ensuring improved reliability and efficiency in power distribution.
