Tata Power Renewable Energy Limited (TPREL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Power Limited, has signed a power purchase agreement (PPA) with NTPC Limited for the supply of 200 MW of firm and dispatchable renewable energy.
The project includes provisions for assured power supply based on the buying entity’s scheduling needs. The PPA is valid for a duration of 24 months and includes a capital commitment of approximately Rs 45 billion.
