Suzlon Group has secured a 378 MW wind energy order from NTPC Green Energy Limited (NGEL), marking the largest project awarded by NGEL to date.
As part of the contract, Suzlon will supply 120 S144 wind turbine generators (WTG) with hybrid lattice towers, each with a rated capacity of 3.15 MW. The scope includes supply, foundation, erection, and commissioning of the WTGs, along with comprehensive operations and maintenance services. The project will be executed in the Gadag region of Karnataka.
