Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) has approved an additional equity investment of Rs 10.86 billion in its wholly owned subsidiary, Terra Clean Limited, for setting up an additional 4.3 GW of renewable energy capacity.
This investment is over and above the previously approved Rs 13.04 billion for the implementation of 1 GW renewable energy capacity. With this, the total equity commitment by IOCL in Terra Clean Limited stands at Rs 23.90 billion.
