Power Mech Projects Limited has secured an order worth Rs 9.72 billion from Telangana Power Generation Corporation Limited (TSGENCO) for the construction of an integrated township at the Yadadri thermal power station in Veerlapalem, Dameracherla, Nalgonda district, Telangana.
The scope of work under the “TGGenco – (5×800 MW) YTPS” project includes soil investigation, engineering, design, and construction of independent quarters (A & B Type), multistoried residential quarters (D, E & F Type), and associated infrastructure. Key components include a hospital, school, clubhouse, commercial complexes, indoor stadium, sports complex, function hall, security rooms, roads and drains, underground water tanks and septic tanks, rainwater harvesting, internal compound walls, bridge over Tungapadu vagu, and street lighting. The project is to be executed within a period of 30 months.
