Central Mine Planning & Design Institute Limited (CMPDIL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Coal India Limited, has filed its draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) to raise funds through an initial public offering (IPO).
The IPO comprises an offer for sale of up to 71,400,000 equity shares by Coal India Limited.
