Enviro Infra Engineers Limited has approved the acquisition of a 100 per cent equity stake in Sunaxis Renewables Private Limited from its wholly owned subsidiary, EIE Renewables Private Limited.
With this transaction, Sunaxis Renewables will now become a step-down wholly owned subsidiary of Enviro Infra Engineers.
