Saatvik Solar to develop 4 GW module manufacturing facility in Odisha

Saatvik Solar Industries Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Saatvik Green Energy Limited (SGEL), has commenced work to develop a 4 GW solar photovoltaic (PV) module manufacturing facility in Odisha.

The facility is part of an integrated expansion plan that includes a 4.8 GW solar cell manufacturing unit and a 4 GW module line. The cell manufacturing facility is scheduled to become operational by the end of the 2026-2027 financial year, while the module line is expected to be ready by the end of the 2025-2026 financial year.  Additionally, SGEL is in the process of augmenting its existing module manufacturing capacity by 1 GW at its manufacturing facilities in Ambala in Haryana, expected to be operational by the first quarter of the financial year 2025-2026.
