Prime Minister addressed the G7 outreach session in Kananaskis, Canada where he highlighted India’s energy security priorities and a sustainable approach to artificial intelligence (AI).
He introduced the “4As”; availability, accessibility, affordability, and acceptability as the guiding pillars of India’s energy policy. During the session, the Prime Minister also drew attention to the rising energy demands of emerging technologies like AI. While recognising AI’s role in driving efficiency and innovation, he noted the importance of making such technologies green and sustainable. He called for global cooperation on AI governance to ensure that technology development remains aligned with public welfare and environmental goals.
