Vietnam’s Ho Chi Minh City Development Bank (HDBank) has granted a VND2,000 billion green credit facility to PV Power in order to support the country’s clean energy transition through LNG-powered projects. The funding will help finance LNG imports for the Nhon Trach 3 and 4 power plants. Together, the two plants are expected to deliver 1,624 MW and produce 9–12 billion kWh annually. Nhon Trach 3 is set for commercial operations in 2025, followed by Nhon Trach 4 in the next quarter of 2025
