Waaree Renewable Technologies Limited has signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Viet Khanh joint stock company for the execution of a 100 MWp ground-mounted solar power project on a turnkey basis.
Under the agreement, Waaree will undertake engineering, procurement, and construction responsibilities for the project. The final order value and execution timeline will be mutually decided upon the signing of a definitive agreement.
