Inox Neo Energies Private Limited has completed the acquisition of Skypower Solar India Private Limited.
The acquired entity owns a 50 MW alternating current / 57.5 MWp direct current solar power project located in Madhya Pradesh. The project will operate under a 25-year power purchase agreement with Madhya Pradesh Power Management Company Limited. The transaction values the project at an enterprise value of approximately Rs 2.65 billion.
