CleanMax has entered into a partnership with Toyota Tsusho India Private Limited (TTIPL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Toyota Tsusho Corporation, Japan.
The collaboration aims to facilitate clean energy adoption among Japanese corporates operating in India. Under the partnership, the companies will jointly develop and operate 300 MW of renewable energy capacity by March 2028. The newly formed entity will offer a range of solutions including rooftop solar, ground-mounted solar and wind, wind-solar hybrid systems, and carbon credit services. The projects will be implemented under the corporate power purchase agreement model.
