The Competition Commission of India (CCI) has approved the proposed investment by British International Investment (BII) in ReNew Photovoltaics Private Limited.
BII will invest in the solar manufacturing arm of ReNew through a securities subscription arrangement. ReNew Photovoltaics is engaged in the production of solar modules and solar cells in India.
