Coal India Limited (CIL) and Hindustan Copper Limited (HCL) have signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding (MoU) to explore collaboration opportunities in the copper and critical minerals sectors.
The agreement aims to leverage the respective strengths of both companies to address emerging opportunities in the strategic minerals domain. The collaboration comes amid growing focus on domestic value chains for energy transition and mineral security.
