Solex Green Energy, a wholly owned subsidiary of Solex Energy, has secured multiple distributed solar orders aggregating 24.1 MW under Gujarat’s distributed renewable energy bilateral purchase (DREBP) policy for Rs 686.85 million.
The projects were awarded by a group of individual and enterprise clients, including Shilpi Saileshbhai Khemka, Rekhaben Pravinbhai Dankhara, Khemka Balkrishna Satyanarayan, K M Enterprise, among others. The DREBP policy is aimed at facilitating small-scale solar and wind projects by individual investors. It allows for direct bilateral power procurement at Gujarat Electricity Regulatory Commission approved tariffs, ensuring priority grid connectivity and streamlined project approvals without competitive bidding.
