JSW Renew Energy Forty Five Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of JSW Energy Limited ,has signed a power purchase agreement (PPA) with Bangalore Electricity Supply Company (BESCOM) for a 100 MW grid-connected solar project with 100 MWh battery energy storage system (BESS) in Karnataka.
The project will be located near the 220/400 kV Karnataka Power Transmission Corporation Limited Firozabad substation in Kalaburagi district and will supply power under a 25-year PPA at a tariff of Rs 4.31 per kWh.
