RITES Limited and Central Mine Planning & Design Institute Limited (CMPDI), a wholly owned subsidiary of Coal India Limited, have signed memorandum of understanding (MoU) to jointly explore opportunities in mining, renewable energy, and infrastructure development.
The MoU signed establishes a collaborative framework to identify and pursue projects in India and abroad. RITES will leverage its international experience and logistics expertise while CMPDI will contribute its core mining capabilities and consultancy services. The partnership will focus on joint opportunity identification, feasibility studies, consultancy assignments, and submission of joint proposals in the mining, power, and renewable energy sectors. The collaboration is expected to enhance project execution efficiency and unlock new business opportunities across complementary areas of expertise.
