South Korea and Vietnam have signed memoranda of understanding (MoU) to enhance cooperation in renewable energy and nuclear power.
The agreements cover joint projects in solar, wind, and energy storage systems. Separately, Korea Electric Power Corporation and Petrovietnam agreed to collaborate on workforce development for Vietnam’s planned nuclear programme, which targets four reactors by 2035. The MoUs were finalised following a summit between South Korea and Vietnam.
