Kolon Global Corporation and DNV have signed a two-year contract to provide owner’s engineering services for the 400 MW Wando Jangbogo offshore wind power project in Jeollanam-do, South Korea.
According to DNV, its scope as owner’s engineer includes technical advisory services focused on turbine selection. This includes project management support, tender preparation, bid evaluation, and contract negotiation. The project is being jointly developed by Korea Western Power Corporation and Jeonnam Development Corporation in partnership with Kolon Global.
