Acme Solar Holdings’s board of directors has approved a proposal to raise funds up to Rs 30 billion through the issuance of equity shares or other equity-linked instruments in one or more tranches.
The proposed modes include qualified institutional placement, further public offer, private placement or a combination thereof, subject to regulatory and statutory approvals. An enabling resolution will be placed before the members at the upcoming 10th annual general meeting to authorise the fundraise as and when required under applicable laws.
