Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Limited has secured a letter of empanelment from Madhya Pradesh Urja Vikas Nigam Limited (MPUVNL) for design, manufacture, supply, installation and commissioning of off-grid direct and alternate current solar photovoltaic water pumping systems (SPWPS).
The order covers systems of 2 horse power (HP), 3 HP, 5 HP, and 7.5 HP capacity to be implemented across Madhya Pradesh under the PM Krishak Mitra Surya Yojana. The contract is valued at approximately Rs 42.4 million with execution to be completed within 60 days from the issuance of the work order.
