Waaree Energies Limited’s board has approved to acquire 64 per cent stake in Kotson’s Private Limited (KPL) for a total consideration of Rs 1.92 billion.
The board also approved the acquisition of 100 per cent shareholding in Impactgrid Renewables Private Limited from Waaree Forever Energies Private Limited, its wholly owned subsidiary.
