NTPC Green Energy Limited (NGEL) has commisioned a 100 MW solar capacity (Lot-6) under the 500 MW plant of IRCON Renewable Power Limited (IRPL).
This marks a cumulative commissioning of 400 MW under the project so far. IRPL is a joint venture with Ayana Renewable Power Private Limited (24 per cent) and ONGC NTPC Green Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of NGEL, holding a 50 per cent stake.
