Waaree Energies Limited is set to offload up to 6.1 million equity shares which represents 14.66 per cent of Indosolar’s paid-up capital through the stock exchange mechanism.
The offer for sale (OFS) will take place for non-retail investors and for retail investors. The sale is being undertaken to meet Securities Exchange Board of India’s minimum public shareholding requirement and will be executed through both Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange platforms.
