Jakson Group plans to invest Rs 1 billion in distributed energy by 2025-26

Reportedly, Jakson Group is set to investĀ  Rs 1 billion in its distributed energy business by the financial year 2025-26.

The investment will support capacity expansion to sustain 2–3x industry growth and meet rising demand for backup and sustainable energy solutions. The company currently derives most of its revenue from diesel generators, which remain its core business. Looking ahead, Jakson is targeting a business scale-up to Rs 50 billion in the near term, with a long-term goal of becoming a USD1 billion enterprise by 2030.
