JERA Corporation through its renewable energy arm JERA Nex Limited, has transferred part of its ownership in the Ishikari Bay new port offshore wind farm project to a newly established investment company formed by Hokkaido Electric Power Corporation and Tohoku Electric Power Corporation.
Following the transaction, the project is now jointly operated by JERA, Green Power Investment Corporation, Hokkaido Electric, and Tohoku Electric. The 112 MW project is located at Ishikari bay new port in Hokkaido.
