ACME Solar Holdings Limited has approved a fresh investment in ACME Sigma Urja Private Limited and increased its shareholding in the company from 49 per cent to 99.66 per cent.
The investment involves the subscription of 1.5 million fully paid equity shares at a face value of Rs 10 each, aggregating to Rs 150 million. The acquisition is in line with ACME’s strategy to consolidate its control over key project subsidiaries and support their ongoing development.
