Adani Saur Urja Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Adani Group, has incorporated five step-down subsidiaries focused on renewable energy generation.
These include Adani Hydro Energy Eleven, Twelve, Fourteen, Fifteen, and Seventeen Limited. Each new entity has an authorised and paid-up capital of Rs 100,000 and is yet to commence business operations. The companies have been established with the objective of generating, transmitting, and supplying power using wind, solar, or other renewable sources of energy.
