Reportedly, Jakson Green and Blueleaf Energy have achieved financial closure of their 840 MW solar projects in Bikaner, Rajasthan.
The 280 MW and 560 MW ground-mounted projects are backed by 25-year power purchase agreements with the Solar Energy Corporation of India Limited and NHPC Limited, respectively. The financing was secured through Axis Bank. The projects will now enter the construction phase, joining the portfolio’s 140 MW Bhawad solar project, which is already under development.
