Reportedly, Keppel Limited has acquired Shell Plc’s 49 per cent equity stake in Cleantech Solar for approximately USD200 million.
Keppel has now gained full ownership of Cleantech Solar. The firm previously held a 51 per cent stake in Cleantech Solar. Following the acquisition, Keppel is reportedly planning to sell the company in a deal that may be valued at around USD400 million.
