KPI Green Energy Limited has secured a letter of intent (LoI) from FVE Lifecare General Trading LLC, a part of the F Plus Group, for the development of a 600 MW solar plus storage project valued at approximately Rs 10.5 billion in India.
Under the LoI, KPI Green will undertake the design, development, financing, and commissioning of the project, which is planned to be implemented in phases in line with FVE Lifecare’s global expansion strategy. The first phase will be deployed across Gujarat, Rajasthan, and Andhra Pradesh, with future expansions planned across Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. The project aims to serve captive and group-captive power needs of F Plus Group’s facilities through mutually agreed power purchase agreements, joint ventures, or strategic investment arrangements.
