Adani Renewable Energy Holding Eighteen Limited, Adani Solar Energy Jodhpur Six Limited, Adani Renewable Energy Holding Four Limited, and Adani Renewable Energy Forty One Limited, wholly owned subsidiaries of Adani Green Energy Limited (AGEL), have signed investment agreements with RSWM Limited for captive solar projects.
The agreements follow power consumption contracts and involve RSWM subscribing to a minimum 26 per cent equity in proportionate share capital of the respective generator projects to meet the requirements under the captive rules. AGEL holds 100 per cent equity in the involved generator subsidiaries and no shareholding in RSWM.
