Tata Power and Tata Passenger Electric Mobility inaugurate Mumbai’s largest TATA.ev MegaCharger hub

Tata Power and Tata Passenger Electric Mobility Limited have jointly inaugurated Mumbai’s largest high speed electric vehicle (EV) charging hub under the TATA.ev MegaCharger initiative on World EV Day. It is located near Terminal 2 of the Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport, within the Leela Mumbai premises with a co-branded facility, and is capable of charging up to 16 EVs simultaneously using eight fast DC chargers with speeds up to 120 kW. The hub will cater to a wide range of users, including private vehicles, ride-hailing fleets and logistics operators. The MegaCharger is open 24/7 and is powered entirely by renewable energy. This charging station is strategically positioned to serve both commuters and tourists across the Andheri-Bandra Kurla Complex-South Mumbai corridor.
