Inox Solar and KPI Green Energy to jointly develop 2.5 GW solar portfolio

Inox Solar Limited and KPI Green Energy Limited have entered into an memorandum of understanding to jointly develop 2.5 GW of solar and hybrid renewable energy projects across multiple states in India. Under the agreement, Inox Solar will supply modules, provide engineering support, and oversee commissioning and operations and maintenance of the module systems. KPI Green Energy Limited will be responsible for land acquisition, statutory clearances, connectivity and full engineering, procurement and construction delivery.
