Venwind Refex Power Limited (VRPL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Refex Industries Limited, is planning to acquire 100 per cent equity in Refex Engineering Products Private Limited (REPPL).
REPPL, currently a wholly owned subsidiary of Refex Holding Private Limited, will become a step-down subsidiary of Refex Industries following the transaction. The deal involves the purchase of 10,000 fully paid-up equity shares at a face value of Rs 10 each, aggregating Rs 100,000. REPPL is engaged in civil engineering and construction services and recorded no turnover in 2024–25. The transaction is aimed at consolidating wind energy and related businesses under VRPL to enhance operational efficiency.
