Reportedly, Serentica Renewables has planned to raise upto USD8 billion over the next five years to expand its clean energy portfolio to 17 GW by 2029–30.
The company aims to invest a total of USD11 billion in acquiring and developing solar and wind projects, including operational and under-construction assets. The first USD3 billion phase of the investment is fully funded, while the next USD2 billion phase is partially secured. The company is evaluating multiple acquisition opportunities in India’s 5 GW secondary clean energy market.
