KPI Green Energy Limited has received a work order from Gujarat State Electricity Corporation Limited (GSECL) for the engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) of a 142 MW/110 MW floating solar photovoltaic project at the Kadana Dam reservoir in Mahisagar district, Gujarat.
The project marks the company’s entry into the floating solar segment, complementing its existing ground-mounted and rooftop EPC portfolio. The turnkey project scope includes design, procurement, construction and installation of the floating photovoltaic system along with associated grid infrastructure such as a 33 kV underground transmission line to the pooling station and 33/220 kV bays at the Kadana substation.
