Waaree Forever Energies Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Waaree Energies Limited, has incorporated a new step-down subsidiary, Eco Flux Renewables Private Limited.
The subsidiary will function as an independent power producer (IPP) and hold specific power projects under the IPP framework.
