REC Power Development and Consultancy Limited (RECPDCL) has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary, Musalgaon Power Transmission Limited.
The subsidiary has been incorporated for the establishment of the 220/132/33 kV air-insulated substation at Musalgaon in Nashik district, Maharashtra. The project was allocated by the Government of Maharashtra with RECPDCL appointed as the bid process coordinator for the selection of a developer under the tariff-based competitive bidding framework. Upon selection of the successful bidder, the subsidiary is to be transferred along with all associated assets and liabilities.
