KPI Green Energy gets grid connectivity approval for 32.4 MW solar and hybrid projects

KPI Green Energy Limited has received charging and energisation approvals for 32.40 MW of solar and hybrid solar power projects, enabling their connection to the main electricity grid.

In an exchange filing, the company stated that the approvals have been secured under its captive power producer business segment for projects developed for clients of its subsidiary. The charging and energisation permissions have been granted in the name of the respective clients.

charging or energisation approval is a regulatory clearance issued by grid operators, allowing renewable energy projects to be synchronised with the grid after compliance with technical and operational parameters.
