SP Power Assets Limited has awarded a 10-year contract for transmission substation works to Willowglen Multimedia Super Corridor Berhad in Malaysia.
The MYR 8.59 million contract has been awarded to Willowglen’s wholly owned subsidiary, Willowglen Services Private Limited, and will run until December 25, 2035. The scope of work covers transmission substation-related activities across Singapore’s electricity transmission network. Under the agreement, Willowglen Services will be responsible for the supply, delivery, installation, commissioning and maintenance of new and replacement remote terminal units. These devices enable real-time data acquisition and communication between substations and control centres, supporting monitoring and control of transmission assets.
