ADM Solar Power has signed a 10 MW power purchase agreement (PPA) under the open access captive model with Avener Green Private Limited to supply renewable energy to its solar module and solar cell manufacturing facility in Aligarh.
Under the agreement, electricity generated from the captive solar project will be used to meet a portion of the manufacturing unit’s power requirements. Avener Green will be responsible for developing the captive solar plant and supplying power on a long-term basis, ensuring operational performance and regulatory compliance.
