Adani Green Energy Twenty Five B Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Adani Green Energy Limited (AGEL), has signed a power consumption agreement and a tripartite agreement to supply 20.8 MW of solar-wind hybrid power to Asahi India Glass Limited.
The hybrid power will be supplied from a project at Khavda in Gujarat, comprising a 25 MW solar power plant and a 20.8 MW wind power plant. In addition, Adani Green Energy Twenty Five B, along with Adani Renewable Energy Holding Four Limited, has signed an investment agreement with Asahi India Glass. The agreements enable Asahi India Glass to source renewable power under a captive structure.
