Hartek Power has secured an engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contract worth about Rs 3.54 billion for a utility-scale solar and battery energy storage project in Karnataka.
The project involves a 280 MW AC/410 MWp direct current solar photovoltaic plant along with an 80 MW/320 MWh battery energy storage system at Challakere. The scope of work covers design, engineering, supply, erection and commissioning of the project along with one year of operations and maintenance.
