CEAT Limited has partnered with CleanMax Enviro Energy Solutions to procure renewable power from wind–solar hybrid projects with a combined capacity of about 59 MW.
The projects will be developed under a group captive model and are located across Gujarat and Tamil Nadu. The hybrid installations will supply green electricity to CEAT’s manufacturing facilities at Halol in Gujarat and Kanchipuram in Tamil Nadu. CleanMax will be responsible for the development and operation of the projects, with the hybrid configuration aimed at delivering more consistent power output and improved plant load factors for CEAT’s manufacturing operations.
