Semco Maritime and PTSC Mechanical & Construction have entered the construction phase of the Formosa 4 Offshore Substation after a first-cut ceremony in Vung Tau, Vietnam.
The consortium, awarded an engineering, procurement and construction contract in August 2025, will deliver the jacket and topside and complete commissioning by end-2027 for Synera Renewable Energy’s 495 MW Formosa 4 offshore wind project in Taiwan.
