Recharge Power Co has secured an engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contract to install a solar power park with a co located 48 MW 185.7 MWh battery energy storage system (BESS) in Taiwan.
The contract has been awarded by HEXA Renewables with construction scheduled to begin in the first half of 2026. The BESS will provide peak shaving and load shifting services supporting grid dispatch flexibility and resilience and enabling higher solar deployment.
