Solar Energy Corporation of India Limited (SECI) has announced the winners of its 1.2 GW 4.8 GWh assured peak power from interstate transmission system-connected firm and dispatchable renewable energy (FDRE) projects with energy storage tranche VII auction.
In the auction, Adyant Enersol won 100 MW at a tariff of Rs 6.27 per kWh. Serentica Renewables India, AMPIN Energy Utility Nine and ACME Solar Holdings won 600 MW, 199 MW and 301 MW, respectively, all at a tariff of Rs 6.28 per kWh. According to the tender guidelines, developers will be required to ensure a daily supply of 4,000 kWh per MW of contracted capacity during four peak hours selected by the buying entity. The scope also includes land identification, project development, statutory approvals and connectivity arrangements with the interstate transmission system or the state transmission utility.
